Refund and Cancellation Policy

The deadline for requesting a tuition refund (minus $50 deposit) is May 31, 2024. All refund requests should be sent to dlee11@samford.edu. In some cases of medical or other emergency, the Center for Worship and the Arts will grant a tuition refund (minus $50 deposit) after the May 31, 2023 deadline. Partial or full refunds will be at the discretion of the CWA after considering the written request and explanation. Participants who have symptoms, exposure, or a positive test for Covid-19 or other communicable disease within five days of the start of Animate should not attend and will be provided a full refund.
